European Screen Network
The objective was to form an international partnership to develop and support the media sector and obtain funding to support this initiative.
Research was carried out to identify partners amongst public agencies, academic institutions and private sector companies in seven countries. Negotiations were conducted to identify appropriate project content to support the projects objectives including a full budgeting exercise.
Within six months of commencing this process a bid for European funding was submitted and produced finance for a €6 million project.
UK Screen Agency
A number of regional government and economic development agencies wished to create a screen agency for business development of the media sector and to support inward investment and increased screen production and post-production.
We devised and continue to supervise the implementation of the business and marketing plans and service level agreements.
The project has benefited from our large and growing database of the global media industry incorporating key players and decision makers in the advertising, film and TV sectors.
