To meet the ‘Paris criteria’ which established regulatory standards for EU patenting procedure, we are leading on an efficiency improvement project providing architectural direction for Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Key Volume Indicators (KVI) and Key Business Indiactors (KBI). This includes analysis and tracking including web interface and intranet based Balanced Score Card (BSC) generation.

We provided research and analysis of the impact of Greenspan and US Federal Reserve announcements and regulatory measures with regard tp multiple listing, Decimalization, and hand held trading devices on trading and quoting activity. Analysis performed using SAS on immense files (multi-terrabyte) integrated into a series of SAS databases.

Analysis, programming and installation of SAS based Business Intelligence System for support of Basel II and integration on network nodes/servers. Provided direction and methods to automate and streamline information availability and accuracy for various end users.
